Introduction to BSL

BRITISH SIGN LANGUAGE TRAINING YOU CHOOSE I TEACH offers Introduction to BSL. This can be taught in either each session at your chosen topic or a course of 7 sessions. The concept behind these popular sessions is to 'try before you buy'. We know paying for a course is a big commitment, so why not book an Introduction to BSL and see if BSL is for you or not. The session is delivered by a BSL tutor and is designed and developed to give you more information on an Introduction to BSL course, the skills you need to progress to level 1 BSL qualification, accredited by Signature. The session gives you a taste of what happens in a British Sign Language tutorial. Learning British Sign Language with YOU CHOOSE I TEACH is fun, easy & flexible where you will learn some basic vocabulary and grammar signs in BSL, and decide if you want to progress to the level 1 qualification.


How the booking is made?

One-2-One: Only one person can book

Public: Anyone can book

Private Group: Only people from the same company/organisation can book. A minimum of 2 people is required.


Customised tutoring is offered to cater to your organisational, professional, business and personal needs.

Understand and produce fingerspelling (the manual alphabet) for names of people and places
Candidate finger spelled at least two different words correctly using the correct form of letter on hand(s).
